Food has always been at the heart of how I connect with others. I founded Ignited Flames Catering to carry on the tradition of bringing people together around the table, creating memorable moments, meaningful connections, and a sense of community through food. 

Inspired by the generations of remarkable cooks in my family, I developed a deep appreciation for the way a thoughtfully prepared meal can bring people together. That foundation continues to shape my approach today through globally inspired cuisine, quality ingredients, creativity, and heartfelt hospitality. 

My culinary journey has taken me through restaurants, food manufacturing, and catering, where I developed not only my culinary skills but also a deep respect for consistency, organization, and continuous learning. I believe there’s always something new to discover, whether it’s exploring regional cuisines, refining a technique, or finding better ways to create exceptional guest experiences.
